The difference between virgin and raw hair is that raw hair is single donor hair which means it comes from one person, raw hair is made to last longer. Virgin hair is collected from multiple donors. Raw hair tends to last up to 3 years and Virgin hair 1-2 years.

- Only 1B (natural black) items are eligible for exchange
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition completely sealed with all the original tags fully intact. You must also have the items back to us within five days of receiving it
